Details of AED (Automated External Defibrillator), First Aid Services,
and Ambulance Services
AEDs are provided throughout the QSNCC area as follows :
- B2 Level : In front of the Locker Room and HR Office
- B1 Level : In front of the First Aid Room and Food Street
- LG Level : At the escalators near Void 2, Void 4 and Lift PL1
- LM Level : Near Meeting Room LM02
- G Level : At the escalators near Void 2, Void 4 and in front of the Business
Center - 1st Level : Near Plenary Hall, Lift PL2, and Escalator Void 1
- 2nd Level : Near Lift PL2 and F&B area
- First aid services are included in the hall rental package, with a team available to assist for 10 hours per day. The first aid station is located on Level 1, and the location and operating hours can be customized based on your requirements. Additionally, one ambulance will be stationed at the loading area on Level 1.
Food for Speakers
This year, no lunch will be provided for the speakers. For further details related to the speakers, please contact the PCO team at wantanee@vnuasiapacific.com
Security
- Setup Day : Security personnel will check contractor ID cards before granting access to the event hall. They will coordinate with the venue team to open and close the Loading doors and patrol the event hall to ensure that all activities comply with the regulations strictly. This includes prohibiting food consumption in the goods area, smoking, blocking fire extinguishers, and checking for dangerous items.
- Event Day : Security personnel will check the badges of attendees and visitors before allowing entry into the event hall and will enforce the admission policy, including requirements such as age and dress code. They will also ensure that attendees do not move items in or out without permission and maintain order within the event.
- Move-Out Day : Security personnel will check the ID cards of those involved in dismantling before granting access to the event hall. They will patrol the area to ensure that all regulations are followed strictly, carefully inspect items being removed, and coordinate efficiently.

Free Wi-Fi
QSNCC provides 3 hours of free Wi-Fi per day per ID card or passport registration, with an internet speed of 30/5 Mbps.

VIP Parking
- For January 22–23, 2025,
VIP parking is available at poles A7-A8 on B1 Level, with a limited quota of 15 spaces per day, free for 16 hours per day. - For the Opening Ceremony on January 22, 2025,
VIP parking is available at poles A4-A6 and C4-C8 on B1 Level, with a quota of 30 spaces, free for 6 hours per day.
